Bring the Whole Family with you - Four Legged and All

We want you to feel at home at Uptown Suites. And, one of the best parts of being home is getting to spend time with the whole family. Whether you’re on an extended business trip, relocating to a new area, or traveling for vacation, rest assured that your pet is welcome at each and every Uptown Suites location. So, in addition to the comfort and convenience of suites that feature full kitchenettes, cutting edge technology, apartment-style design, and class-leading Wi-Fi, you can also add pet family member-friendly to your extended stay experience.

  • Guests will be charged a nonrefundable pet fee of $20.00 (plus tax) per night not to exceed $200.00 for daily guests. For monthly guests, an additional $50 monthly fee (plus tax) will apply after $200 has been met.
  • No more than 1 pet is allowed per suite (dogs only, 40 lbs. or less)*
  • Pet must be less than 36 inches long and less than 36 inches tall
  • Pet must be healthy, housebroken, and current on vaccinations and licenses
  • Pet must be registered with Guest Services. Guests must read, sign, and adhere to the hotel’s Pet Policy Agreement  (available at the front desk and below)
  • Service and Companion Animals are not subject to this pet policy, however, such animals are still subject to Uptown Suites’ Service Animal Guidelines (available below)
  • Additional fees may apply if damage is found in the room upon check out
