Attending the Super Bowl in 2021 will be a totally unique experience. This will be one of the largest events being help since the outbreak of the coronavirus. But organizers, state officials, and local officials have partnered with the CDC to ensure the safety of those in attendance.

Whether you have the opportunity to attend this year’s NFL Super Bowl in person or will be watching it on television, we have all the details you need to know about this year’s event. From tailgating and pre-game festivities to opening night and the halftime show, here is everything you need to know about Super Bowl LV.

Super Bowl LV Details

Super Bowl LV will be held at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. This is just a 20-minute drive from our Uptown Suites location at 9321 Everhart Rd in Riverview, FL. We offer competitive nightly and weekly rates so you can stay in town as long as you’d like and enjoy all the football fun.

This year’s NFL Super Bowl is on February 7 with kick-off at 6:30pm, but the pregame festivities will start at 2:30pm. If you aren’t attending in person this year, CBS will be broadcasting Super Bowl 55.

Raymond James Stadium can hold up to 75,000 people. But to maintain proper distances between fans, only 14,500 tickets are being sold to fans this year. Also, 7,500 vaccinated health care workers have been invited to attend the game at no charge. The NFL has announced numerous precautions and safety protocols that have been put into place to protect the staff and attendees of the 2021 Super Bowl. Tickets and Packages may still be purchased.

The National Anthem will be sung by Eric Church and Jazmine Sullivan at this year’s Super Bowl. Eric Church is a Billboard chart-topping country artist, and Jazmine Sullivan is a singer-songwriter who has topped Billboard’s R&B and Hip Hop charts.

The Super Bowl Halftime Show headliner for 2021 is The Weekend, a multi-award winning artist and named one of the most influential people in 2020 by Time magazine.
